Experiences at the University
Jun 2011-Aug 2016, studied mycology in Centre of excellence in fungal research, Mae Fah Luang University, worked on the taxonomy and phylogeny of Ascomycetes and their asexual morphs from bamboo hosts. Carried out the phylogenetic studies of the bamboo fungi and contribute to the understanding of their natural classification.Identified, described and published the bamboo fungi and publish all the new taxa including two new families, eight new genera and around 55 new species.
Work experience and present expertise since leaving the University
2016.09 to data Center for Yunnan Plateau Biological Resources Protection and Utilization, Qujing Normal University, China, working on Taxonomy, phylogeny and diversity of bambusicolous ascomycetes of Yunnan Province, teaching Mycobiology, Applied microbiology etc.
Alumni wisdom
Work hard and enjoy the time with fungi!
